3. Subscriptions and Billing

ShowUpWithAI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

•Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from your subscription start date.

•Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted annual rate.

•Cancellation must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing [email protected].

•Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you do not see AI referral traffic within 30 days of your subscription start date, subject to verification.

4. Results Disclaimer

ShowUpWithAI makes no guarantee of specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.) operate independently and their recommendation algorithms are outside our control.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the appearance of AI referral traffic in your Google Analytics, not to specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or ranking positions. Results vary based on your industry, location, website quality, and the competitive landscape.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive our Services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate business information including your website URL, business name, and location

•Maintain an active website that is accessible to AI crawlers

•Set up Google Analytics (or equivalent) to monitor AI referral traffic

•Respond to our onboarding communications within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay or limit the effectiveness of our Services and does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on showupwithai.com, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and software, is the property of ShowUpWithAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Reports and deliverables we produce for your business are licensed to you for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed.

You agree not to use our Services or website to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
