Specific scope, pricing, and terms for client engagements are set out in each client's agreement.
The free AI visibility audit is provided as-is, for informational purposes, with no obligation on either side.
Our 60-day traffic guarantee is as stated at the time of signup: if you do not see traffic from AI sources in your analytics within 60 days of an engagement starting, you receive your money back. The guarantee applies to monthly retainer engagements and requires that we are able to implement the work as scoped.
AI platforms decide their own outputs. We optimize the signals they read, and we stand behind our work with the guarantee above, but no agency can promise a specific placement inside a third-party AI system.
Content we create for a client belongs to that client once paid for. The ShowUpWithAI name, site, and materials belong to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowUpWithAI's liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid for the services in the month the claim arose.
